Stepwise Guide #
- Log in to your UdyogX portal by entering your username and password
- Go to Student > Day Cash Report. A form will open when you click on Day Cash Report.
- After the form opens, you will see report filters such as “Report Type,” “Select Date,” and “Sort By.” You need to select the options in each filter according to your report requirements.
- In the Report Type filter, you will see options like “Fee Collection (Minified),” “Fee Collection (Detailed),” “Inward-Outward Cash Flow (Minified),” “Inward-Outward Cash Flow (Detailed),” and “Inward–Outward Cash Flow (Minified & Cumulative).” You can select any of these options to view the report as per your requirement.
- After selecting the filters, the report will open when you click on “View Report.”
Examples #
Example 1 : If you want to view the detailed collection of Cashflow income and expenses along with the payment mode. #
Report Type : Select “Fee Collection (Minified)”, choose the “Select Date”, select “Sort By” as Payment Mode, choose the “Sort Order”, and then click on View Report.
Example 2 :If you want to view the Fee Collection report in detail along with the Receipt Number. #
Report Type :Select “Fee Collection (Detailed)”, choose the “Select Date”, select “Sort By” as Receipt No, choose the “Sort Order”, and then click on View Report.
Filters Help #
1.Report type:
- Fee Collection (Minified) – Fee Collection (Minified) will show you the report for 3 to 4 days at once.
- Fee Collection (Detailed) – Fee Collection (Detailed) will show you each entry in detail.
- Inward-Outward Cash Flow (Minified) – Inward-Outward Cash Flow (Minified) will show you a combined report of cashflow income and expenses.
- Inward-Outward Cash Flow (Detailed) – Inward-Outward Cash Flow (Detailed) will show you a detailed report of cashflow income and expenses.
- Inward – outward cashflow (minified & cumulative)
2. Sort by: In the Sort By option, if you want to view the list by date, by receipt number, or by payment mode, you can select the appropriate filter. The list will be displayed accordingly based on the filter you choose.
